Returns
Given the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive a product that has damage, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receipt of the product) to report the damage so we can discuss an appropriate solution.
Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved by Geyserville Furniture Co., then your refund will be processed in the original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 business days of confirmation of your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items exclusively if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us immediately contact us.
